Dr. Chance-Lawson grew up in Dallas, Texas. She moved to Chicago for Medical School and obtained her medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her Family Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. 

 

She decided to make the South East Wisconsin area her home sixteen years ago when she moved here with her husband and raised her 3 children in the area. They added the newest member of their family during covid, Milo, their dog.

Dr. Chance-Lawson enjoys the relationships she builds with her patients and emphasizing empowering her patients to play an active role in their healthcare.

The focus of this health care clinic will be to take care of patients of all ages with chronic health care conditions and healthy routine visits.  The slogan” Keeping Families Healthy” is meant to provide comprehensive health care with expediency and stabilize chronic health conditions so that people stay healthy or become healthy. 

 

"I have a style of meeting patients where they are and developing a trust through education to get them where they need to be.  I am good at giving patients options as well as motivating and encouraging them to do the right thing."
